4 months agoThe best thing about this hotel is the walls are not thin and you don't hear anyone next door. Also, the doors close softly on their own.So no one is slamming the doors in the middle of the night. Pillows and bed maybe not the greatest

6 months agoWe stayed overnight for a conference at the convention center. After a long drive Sheryl greeted us and was so friendly and upbeat. The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Location was great close to the convention center and there was a Starbucks nearby. My son enjoyed the breakfast. Great stay and great staff!

7 months agoExcellent stay. I have already recommended the hotel to my father-in-law. The rooms were wonderful and sparkling clean. Our room was directly in front of the elevator and I was worried it was gonna be noisy but I heard nothing outside of our room. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The only downside was there was no changing table in the public restroom on the main floor for after breakfast but it was so impeccably clean I just changed my baby’s diaper on the floor with a mat on the ground so that was a non-issue too. Easy to get to and plenty of parking too.

7 months agoWe had a great stay at the Hampton inn here and after a over week of staying at a number of Hilton brand locations we had enough to compare. The staff here set this place apart when we came Saturday night we were greeted by (totally guessing off memory) Brett and sandy? Sandra? Anyways they were amazing and clearly had made an impression on other guests too. Totally helpful staff across the board and the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms felt clean and I liked the decor. Would stay again

7 months agofront desk staff very friendly. Very helpful. Perfect. My only problem was the bathroom was not good. Housekeeping definitely needs to do better. Just kind of disgusting that you have to clean before you can use. Stayed in room 530 for $200 that night, Swimming pool and hot tub both were Fantastic breakfast I'm just Not a really fan of kielbasa and Western omelette Kind of guy but everything else was perfect other than the bathroom See pictures That's why a two-star

8 months agoRooms were big and clean, shower and bathroom were clean as well. Sheryl is legitimately an angel, she provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever been offered. Made us feel welcome, was so kind and polite, but was also quick and efficient.
