I LOVED my stay at Craftsman on Curtin. Janie and Dave are the nicest hosts who want you to have a home while you're visiting rather than just a place to stay. They were so accommodating of my very crazy schedule. The breakfast is AMAZING - I was full for most of the rest of the day! Janie even made cookies for me to take hiking. The bed was super comfy and everything was so clean. I would 10/10 recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Bellefonte and I will be back.

My partner and I stayed at Craftsman on Curtin St. and LOVED it. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area! Janie and Dave were excellent hosts - we felt so at home and cared for the whole weekend. Breakfast was excellent and Janie and Dave made sure we had plenty of water for when we were on the go. This B&B is in a gorgeous, quiet tree-lined neighborhood 3min driving/18min walking from downtown Bellefonte. It's about 15min driving from Beaver Stadium and the University Park airport and about 20mins from Bald Eagle State Park. We felt like it was really easy access to State College and all of the surrounding areas. The room was cozy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had *excellent* water pressure and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of essentials in case you forget something (including the fluffiest towels!). The B&B is secure and the room felt private from the rest of the house. There is a lock on the bedroom door and they lock the whole house at 10PM (though you can get in via a passcode after hours). There is off-street parking in the driveway. When you stay, ask Dave about all of the work they've done to the house! If you're lucky, you might get a workshop tour :).
