What a great find! We stoped here to rest one of the nights as we were on vacation from Europe and having a road trip across the eastern coast of the USA. We were making our way from the Niagara Falls towards Washington D.C and our scenic route made us stumble upon Penn State (I’m sure this town is more know to US residents) but I digress. The hotel was super clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with the shower and toiletries were also great, and of good quality. Reception team was super friendly and helpful. We ended up having to extend one more night unexpectedly due to a health emergency which landed us in one of the nearby hospitals. The team ensured that our room was sorted whilst we were dealing with the emergency, and upon checking out they also checked in on us to see how we were doing, which was very thoughtful! I also ended up using the guest laundry room to wash some of my clothes that got dirty during our trip. The reception provided me with a small detergent packet which was just enough to do the job so I didn’t have to worry about having to buy a big detergent pack from the store! Overall great stay, and if I ever end up this side of the world and country again will definitely be staying again! We are now, going to try other Days Inn locations whilst continuing our journey further in hopes that other locations will live up to Penn State branch standards! ??

My roommate and I, as well as our two cats were recently displaced from our apartment complex due to construction. We were told it would only be for two nights, but it quickly turned into 5. We had to quickly pack our things and check into the hotel. So we were without extra clothes and groceries. The whole situation was very stressful but the Days Inn and their staff were so helpful, accommodating, and friendly! We were able to use the laundry facilities to wash our clothes. They gave us the option to check out later since my roommate and I work 12 hour days and didn’t have anywhere to take our cats upon checkout. I wanted to especially shoutout Michael and Nola, who were working the evening shifts during our stay. They were our saving graces throughout the whole situation. I cannot commend them enough! We appreciate you two!

Can very highly recommend this hotel. It's very convenient to PSU and is a great deal for the money. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming, across the board. We arrived late last night and didn't have to wait for someone to make it to the desk. We were promptly greeted and since I'd checked in online, we were in our room in 2 minutes. I'd requested a quiet room away from elevator, top floor and they granted both of those requests. This morning, Sean (or Shawn) was able to really help me out with a logistical mess I'd created myself so that my stay remained positive. Can't thank this team enough. My biggest miss here was the breakfast-there was no protein at all, aside from a glass of 2% milk. Some form of protein would be nice (even greek yogurt instead of that light n fit yoplait that only has 3g protein). Highly recommend!

Another 5 star stay at Days Inn Penn State. Why? Staff, location, cleanliness of room and hotel, breakfast included (coffee is great!) ... this continues to be my number one choice when staying in the Penn State area. Really appreciate how friendly the manager, Sean is. He is always upbeat, and looking to accommodate any request. Staff - Maria - so helpful and cheerful as well. Thank you again, Days Inn! This hotel is a part of Wyndham Hotels, and they have great rewards and incentives. This place is a winner!

Nice modern, clean rooms. Very convenient location near PSU with ample parking. My only knock is that the breakfast wasn't all that great. The only hot food was waffles.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in state college!! The front desk is so nice and makes a point to say hi every time you walk in! Brad also offered my boyfriend and I bottles of water when we came in after a night out, which was definitely above and beyond hospitality. The rooms are very clean and a great size. We went to Marzonis across the street for dinner and it was delicious. Thank you Days Inn for a great stay!

We stayed 4 nights due having to be at hospital every morning. Room was very clean. Only regret was they didn’t have a microwave. Had to eat out every night. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Had a waffle maker. Coffee was good. Overall we had d a good stay. It was convenient to hospital.

Overall a great experience for a State College hotel. It's a comfortable, modern, and updated on almost front. With generous breakfast time, and being across the street from Waffle Shop, your options are truly taken care of in the morning. The hotel also keeps a stocked snack area as well. However, entering and exiting can be slightly more of a hassle than anticipated. There is a more friendly entrance/exit on the blue course side though. Do not be fooled by wyndham's filters though, there is no pool at this location.

I booked a room here for 2 nights for my son’s Parents and Family Weekend last week. We enjoyed our stay. Great location with so many stores and restaurants near by, and it’s only 5 minutes away from my son’s dorm in East of Penn State. Very friendly front desk staff and manager. Thank you! Will book again in the future for sure!

An okay stay. The room was fine and check in went smooth. My only complaint was that the bathroom shower had no body wash , shampoo or conditioner. Shouldn't that be checked when the room gets cleaned?
