Why three stars because even at military rates rooms cost $125+ unless your using hacks to get proper deals Hotel rooms are just too expensive! I had a personal emergency snd needed to stay here for 10 days because there are no alternatives i paid about $1400.00 dollars now it sure does beat sleeping in your car because you don't have anywhere to go back to for 10 days but anybody else want to pay that much in a small town in the middle of a sleepy little town in the freezing winter? Also while I was there 5 feet from my room door was construction all day and part of the evening. Well who cares hotels are there to sleep at night. Well when you work from home. Ugh your office becomes and expensive construction zone. The staff was all AAA every single one of them were caring 125% helpful and even the construction crew I met were polite . If the prices make you comfortable do not hesitate to stay here.

Best hotal Istayed at. free fresh breakfast and a nice heated pool and the bed are so comfy and the bathroom and room was so clean I am definitely staying her again.

Included a pool and breakfast, so good for the price, but I hate the modern interior brutalism or minimalism. All the gray and boring drab colors and simpleness really sucks. Got prison vibes more than home vibes. But my hatred for that modern look is more an opinion, so I won't give low stars. It is in a beautiful place with great hiking places nearby like Hawn’s Overlook, Crosses of Mapleton, Lincoln Caverns, Tytoona Cave, and Thousand Steps Trail

Rooms were decent, but don't stay here if you're a light sleeper. This hotel is next to a railroad & you won't be able to sleep all night. The price isn't worth it. They price gouge because there are only 2 hotel chains in the area that aren't mom n pop ones. The people who work reception are always at the back office, so no one ever greets you. Even when they happen to be at the desk, they just look at you. No hello. The coffee machine at breakfast dispenses coffee, but it is cold, so there's a sign on it saying you have to microwave it if you want hot coffee. Why wouldn't the owner or corporate office just provide a fully working coffee machine? The toilet paper on the roll holder had about 2 sheets left on it, but it had a folded design that the housekeepers do.... why not just put a whole new role and throw away the two squares that were there?

Why build a hotel near an active railroad? Every 30 mins, a train went by blowing its horn for a whole minute. The room was clean. The shower needs a curved curtain rod. I had to shower with the curtain drawn open so it wasn’t sticking to me the whole time. Nice water pressure. The bed wasn’t horrible but didn’t love it. The pillows!! They were small and they went flat when you laid on them. I had 3 pillows and my neck hurt the next morning. Around 3:30am, right when I finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off! We went to the desk and was told a room on the 3rd floor smoke alarm went off. Fine…the alarm stopped but for the next two hours, the alarm lights kept blinking. I had to put a pillow over my eyes to not see the light blinking through my closed eyelids. Nice place overall. Clean. Nice staff at check-in/check-out.

We rented a property that ended up being horrific. We called the Comfort Inn and Anthony helped us find four rooms for the same day and the next day and one that was dog friendly. The housekeeping crew were able to get them ready quickly so we could check in early. Anthony kindly offered us a meeting room in the interim. The front desk staff were fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. The whole team literally saved our family vacation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This hotel is AMAZING! It's incredibly clean, the rooms are gorgeous, and the beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in in my life. The man at the desk was very helpful, friendly, kind, and polite. We can't wait for breakfast in the morning! The pool is heated which makes it really comfortable to be in. We are having a blast! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! The prices are unbeatable as well.
