The room said two double beds, they were more like single beds. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and the room was extremely tiny. The front desk staff was rude and irritated. I had asked for a roll away bed and was told over the phone yes but when arrived told no. Room that cost $450 should have been more like $75.
The attendant at the front desk was very nice, polite, welcoming and she displayed great customer service! The room was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this establishment based on my experience! Thanks, King Zeve
Mostly Adequate but bare bones. Bathroom was tiny with no counter space, and the cheap, low ceiling made it feel cramped and dreary. Feels like it needs renovation soon.
It's bare bones but the bones are pretty good..it's a room tv sink toilet shower. It's been clean enough and stocked enough for me. Breakfast of coffee bagels cereal oj and pastry...for the price it's very fair and I'll stay here as long as they keep up this level of quality and service
Dirty, dark, and smelly; OMG, the smell. When walking in, awful fragrance smell came to face, so strong that my bags and clothes smelled like it for days even after checking out. I soon found out why such strong fragrance - because once it's gone, the room's "natural" moldy rotten smell came. The rotten smell so strong that I had to check under my bed to make sure nothing dead there. And right, it's cheap.
I've never had to cancel my reservation based on the state of the room until I tried to stay here. I understand this is an older hotel and it's not a surprise that it needs much updating but the state of the room was unacceptable for the price. I was able to book a comparably priced room on the same night literally down the street. I probably should have read more Google reviews before booking this hotel since many other reviewers mentioned the strong chemical fragrance in the room which was the main reason I was unable to stay in the room. It was so intense, I was getting physically nauseous within a few minutes of being in the room. The staff was cordial and professional but didn't seem surprised that I needed to cancel my stay due to the odor in the room.
It's a motel. Its low price is why you stay. Check in was great. Parking was good. Room was clean, shower was was hot, shower head was good enough. My real problem is the rooms smell like a glade air freshener exploded. The heater kept the room warm, but the fan was not adjustable so it was on high all the time. Not sure why I was placed on the second floor as there were no cars in the lot.
You are better off sleeping in your car than coming here: 1. The deodorizor smell is unbearable. I think they may be using it to cover up mold or mildew smells, or just as a torturing device on their guests. You will still be smelling it after staying in the room for 6 hours. The smell is so bad that my first night, I had a nightmare about trying to remove the scent. 2. HVAC unit is ridiculously loud. Lowest fan speed is like 60 decibels, so it will wake you up in the middle of the night when it turns on. 3. Knocking water pipes are loud as heck. Unacceptable. 4. Price is awful for what you get. Much better options are available around the area if you book in advance. Don't come here. DO NOT stay here even for one night. Edit to business response: oh, don't worry, I let the business know my complaints. This was for room 221. We are still confirming that we weren't overcharged extra days for our stay (we received a partial refund and then were charged TWICE right afterward). If this isn't cleared from our card after 3-5 business days, we will be taking further actions, and I will update here.
