A charming budget motel close to everything. I stayed here for a week during the recent Central PA Festival Of Arts in State College and I enjoyed my stay. As an artist, price is my main concern and the prices are extremely competitive here, especially given the great location. I will echo with what others are saying.... * Kelly Burns was super friendly. *The room was nicer, and larger, than expected. * It includes a free continental breakfast delivered to the room. * Plenty of parking * Soft Beds * Hot Showers The only downside is that I could never get my room temp 'just right'. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

It was a nice room for the price. The bed was comfy. Convenient location, quiet. Walking path nearby. Small store onsite. Some amenities: microwave, fridge, cups, etc. The only drawbacks were that I couldn't control the room temperature and the fridge froze my beverages. Staff was very nice.

I got a great deal on expedia. Rooms were nice and beds were super comfortable and clean. You can smell the bleach that they used to clean the sheets. We checked in and as soon as i walked into my room, the front desk called me and they said that they were moving me to better room bc a dog was barking in the room that i originally had. Would definitely stay here again. The next day i needed a different hotel, which i paid 3xs the amount, and it smelled obnoxiously terrible like it had waaaay too many air fresheners. It was a great location and super cheap

This is a budget motel that had the only room available on a game weekend under $300 a night, so I didn’t expect much. Overall it is a decent stay but the absolutely awful smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room was unbearable. It was nauseating and I’m a former smoker. Room is good size and very clean. Bed is old and can feel every spring in the mattress. Though it was not crowded someone had a 20 minute phone conversation in the parking lot right outside our room at 7am.

This motel is an older "old school" style motel with exterior facing doors all along one story. As someone who travels alone with dogs, it's my preference . It's very clean, in a convenient location, pet-friendly, and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 stars for all, 3 stars for rooms because, it is what it is- a traditional Motel. It's not fancy, but it is CLEAN, well maintained, staff is friendly. It's definitely pet/kid/budget traveler friendly. Added bonus is that you check in inside a beer store :) Also, for a Motel setting it was actually quite quiet at night!
