The staff at this hotel are professional, kind, thoughtful, everything you would hope for but don’t always receive. As a frequent traveler I very much appreciate the accommodating and welcoming atmosphere. I would without a doubt recommend this hotel over and over again to anyone traveling in the State College/Penn State area. Comfortable and clean - thank you to all the staff for making my time away from home enjoyable and peaceful.

We've stayed in various State College hotels and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences we've had. Desk workers were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby were a real treat. Loved to fact that you could Chromecast from your phone to the TV. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here several times now. When it comes to a Country Inn & Suites, this one is well above average. Great and large rooms. Cookies, coffee, tea, and lemon water all day long, and an amazing pool and hot tub (that actually works). Staff is super nice too. A+ for this one!

I had a daughter that attended Penn state from 2018-2022 and another 2024 -present. We previously stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn but noticed a decline in both room quality and overall upkeep. Most importantly, the hotel manager we loved, Kendra, had moved to the Country Inn — and we happily followed her. Best decision we ever made! From the moment you’re greeted at the front desk, you can feel the difference. The staff, housekeeping, and overall service are exceptional. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is amazing, and the ambience is outstanding. You truly get more than your money’s worth here. You simply can’t beat this hotel — we will absolutely be back!

This hotel is amazing ? It snowed last night, so the view from our window was completely white and dreamy. When we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean and spacious the room was. The staff are so friendly. special thanks to Kendra for making our family’s stay extra special.

I had my bridal shower here. I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel so I could see my friends and family outside of just the shower. The space we got for the shower was awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean The pool area was also very clean, as was every space in the hotel. Each staff member met or interacted with was great, friendly and helpful. A lot of the time I just felt like I was talking to my mom.

This hotel has amazing staff and trains them well. 5hey are extremely professional and even when minor mistakes happen management takes care of them professionally and swiftly. I'm especially grateful for Kendra one of the assistant managers for helping us and making our stay wonderful. Also we are very thankful Rodger the maintenance man / shuttle driver for do such a good job. UPDATE: we accidentally forgot some jewelry, so they called us and then shipped it to us. So they are very honest!

An excellent hotel experience. 8-16 to 8-17 room 520. Phenomenal room, staff and facilities. I can honestly say this was my best hotel experience of all time. Enjoyed every part of the stay. My next trip to the area will include another stay at this wonderful hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this hotel

Phenomenal hotel. The best country inn I've ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable, The room was very clean. They have smart TVs where you can connect your YouTube or Netflix to them. The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast is fresh and has a lot of options,. I couldn't be happier with my stay! I will absolutely stay here again!
