6 months agoWe had an absolutely incredible time staying at Riffles and Runs. Steve and Connie couldn’t be any more personable and kind. The house was warm, clean and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the State College/Bellefonte area.

9 months agoA gem in Bellefonte! Wonderful hosts and a delightful stay. Connie is an exceptional cook, the breakfasts were delicious and unique. Rooms and home are thoughtful and well-appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

over 1 year agoRiffles and Runs is my home away from home when I'm fly fishing the area. Connie and Steve are like family and every time I visit it's the most comfortable, entertaining, warm and friendly visit. Every morning starts with an amazing spread from the kitchen and hot coffee outside your bedroom. After a long day fishing, Steve has helped me clean up my waders, boots and gear so I'm ready to go the following morning. I've spent several evenings with them sharing fishing stories, and learning about the area. Connie and Steve make this fishing trip my favorite of the year and look forward to visiting with them soon.

over 2 years agoOur first time visiting the Bellefonte area was such a delight! It's the most quaint town with loads of history and character, Riffles and Runs B & B only added to this experience. We got free parking right out front and were greeted and shown around and made to feel at home instantly. Connie and Steve are pleasant and so lovely you feel you're being taken care of like family. The homemade food was outstanding! They provided GF alternatives for me that were as delicious looking at the rest of the food options this weekend. The house was spotless, as was the spacious bathroom, clean linens every day with toiletries provided. There's lots of room in the home to have your own space even though we shared it with another couple. The 15 minute drive to Penn State was a bonus, if and when we visit the area again this is the only spot we'll stay. Thank you both so much for the memorable experience!

over 2 years agoConnie and Steve were amazing and gracious hosts, especially considering our busy schedule for the weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the clean and well-appointed guest room and bathroom, and the lovely sitting and dining rooms. The extra comforts of coffee outside your door in the morning and cookies on arrival were excellent! I could rave for days about the breakfasts as well - delicious and so beautifully served.

over 3 years agoConnie and Steve are very friendly and welcoming hosts. You feel right at home as soon as you arrive. They truly care about your stay and do everything to make it a memorable experience. From the chocolate chip cookies in your room, the hot coffee waiting for you outside your room each morning and the absolutely delicious breakfasts Connie and Steve make each day from scratch, they make you feel like family. We will keep coming back to stay with them whenever we visit State College.
