6 months agoVery clean, friendly staff, quiet, solid breakfast. Apparently pool was down due to heat maintenance but me and daughter were accommodated with a fellow Marriott hotel pool in the area which was nice. Overall very satisfied with our stay(coming from a New Yorker). Will return here if in the area.

6 months agoGreat hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great staff. But please do something with your tv mounts. They don't swing/pivot enough to be able to comfortably watch tv from your bed (room 104).

7 months agoI don't know about all of the rooms but my room seemed brand new. Very clean and comfy. The free breakfast is a nice touch. Close to Olive Garden and other restaurants. Great location. The service was very friendly too.

10 months agoHorrible experience as I've seen some others have as well. We had a vehicle breakdown and could not make it in time. I called them to let them know that we were broken down and the mechanic needed overnight to fix. We had to stay at another hotel which was also a Marriott property. They told me they would call me back never did and then when I reached out the next day they said they could do nothing and charge me for the reservation. Having been a platinum Plus member for over two decades and having a thousand night stays does nothing at Marriott. They literally told me well. The revenue at the other hotel doesn't help us as a franchise. My thought was well, that's nice, but don't you get all the benefits of being in a franchise and shouldn't there be some level of expectation?

almost 2 years agoThe basic room is excellent. Beds are separated by half wall from a small couch and sitting area. Good climate control. Room is comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast has a good selection of scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and variety of typical offerings. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
