Was at the Omni in Bedford Springs on business. Stunning location, even in February. I wish I would have had more time to explore the grounds! The hotel itself was very well maintained. It had a beautiful colonial aesthetic while still having modern comforts like spacious rooms, tall ceilings, and wide hallways. The rooms did show their age a bit in the bathrooms, but not to the point that it made my stay unenjoyable. Given that the hotel is organized horizontally instead of vertically, be prepared to walk if your room is at the edge. Overall though a lovely stay, and I hope I have more time to explore the area next time!

WARNING, they’ve gone downhill! I have been to the spa three times before my last stay over this past weekend and it has always been good. this past time made me cancel my next treatment I had set for May. i drive from hours away to spend a full day at the spa then get a $350 massage at the end. when i arrived they told me they no longer grant access unless it’s 2 hours before your treatment due to over capacity. I was never made aware of this policy change beforehand?? two hours is barely anytime to enjoy all they offer. I had to sit around for hours before i could enter and they did NOTHING to accommodate their lack of communication. If you are over capacity maybe you shouldn’t over book yourself as I work in this industry and understand it’s on you for allowing so many people ruining the experience. When i finally checked in we were told the spa and lounge area is to be kept to a whisper (as it should be it’s a spa) When we entered people were talking at full volume in large groups being extremely loud and disruptive and NO ONE said anything. It was anything but relaxing. When we moved to the lounge area IT WAS THE SAME THING! Loud people talking at full volume. You could tell other guests were frustrated as well. I don’t blame them! so not only was i cut to only 2 hrs which is nothing you also allow people to be disruptive. Then.. i paid a large amount for a 75 min hot stone massage just for the girl to not even use them. My husband left a review about his poor experience and they told him they don’t “restrict access” when you book a treatment which is a lie because they literally did that to me. makes me so incredibly sad to of had this experience when this used to be my escape every few months that i waited for!

Overall, we had a great stay at the Omni Bedford, especially the Spa. The only reason for our 3/5 stars was because our room wasn’t clean when we entered. We called to the front desk and asked them to please send housekeeping and when they did, they didn’t clean anything. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust, there was a used dirty washcloth in the shower, the back of the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and there were food and crumbs on our floor from the previous occupant. We ate dinner at the Crystal room, way over priced for what you receive. Unfortunately, my braised short ribs were very dried out and my husband’s halibut lacked salt. With that being said, the atmosphere was beautiful and our server, Ashleigh, was wonderful. The coffee shop was cute and we enjoyed our latte’s and the service was great. In the evening they had live music and a lounge bar that was very enjoyable! Something nice to do for the Cold months when we’re stuck inside. The Spa was beautiful and we had a great experience. Would definitely return to use the Spa!

Solid 4 stars and probably 4.5. The hiking trail near the hotel is well maintained. The swimming pool is very busy especially with kids throwing balls. The floors make some noises but overall sleeping time is quiet. You do feel the room is antiqued but comfortable enough. Love the dining at tallies and tavern but other places are way too overpriced.

Great Resort and fun options all around. Had a great time with the family and there is lots to do. We came for New Years and the day after they said that they didn’t anticipate the right amount of people that were going to be at the resort, this led to the restaurants feeling understaffed but the workers were still very nice and accommodating and did good for the situation they were in. Maybe a little better management ahead of time could be the fix, or simply making sure to keep people happy while food or anything else is going on. Also, I would love to shout out two workers for their exceptional service over the trip, Claire who was a waitress at the tavern where she did a great job for the lots of people and kitchen problems that were going on and she also helped us after close to obtain a coat that someone in our party had left. On the other hand, Isaac from the front desk did a great job handling and solving problems for other customers who were sometimes hard to deal with. Overall great time and good environment to make your own fun.

Bedford Springs Resort is an awesome place! If you live locally, make the drive. If you live further away, consider this as your next resort vacation. Amazing food, fantastic amenities, incredible service, and historic ambience; past presidents have stayed here. It's only about 2 hours from Pittsburgh and 3 hours from Philadelphia, so if you want to see other US cities, it has a great/convenient location. Even more stunning during the holidays. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

The company I work for an anniversary party. The staff was friendly and the service was great! It was clean and beautiful. I did not stay in a room but I imagine that they are beautiful. I saw that there were activities around the hotel such as a community puzzle and tables with games. They had beautiful Christmas trees inside the hotel and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had live entertainment at the company party. There was live entertainment at the bar near the entrance as well.

This place is so great. Little places everywhere sit down reflect, read, play a game, work a puzzle. Great trails to Walk. Great golf course. History everywhere you look. Will definitely go back. The people are there to meet your every need with a smile. They also have a coffee shop, several restaurants, and a gift shop. Like a little village. And a large heated pool with great atmosphere. Can't say enough about how we enjoyed this place.

I stayed at Bedford Springs as part of a three-day work conference and I loved every minute of it. The rural grounds and setting are charming (don’t worry, there’s great cell service and fast WiFi) which was made ever more so by the holiday decorations which were being installed this week. The rooms and bathrooms all have high-quality fixtures and beautiful finishes - marble floors and vanities, deep carpeting, etc. There are many common areas to explore and relax, and the indoor pool is magical. I’d recommend purchasing a day-pass to use the baths and relaxation lounge in the spa wing of the resort; it’s especially inviting during the colder months. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the conference facilities were more than adequate.

We stayed at the Omni for the Columbus Day holiday weekend and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, everyone — from the valet to the recreation team and beyond — was so kind, respectful, and friendly. You can really tell the staff care about the guests. One of the things that stood out the most was how full of history the hotel is. Every corner seems to have its own story, and it was so fun walking around and discovering all the little details and historic charm throughout the property. Our trip had two main highlights: the indoor pool and the spa. We spent a lot of time enjoying both. The pool area was so relaxing, and the massage we got at the spa was absolutely perfect, one of the best we’ve ever had! The spa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. We also tried two of the restaurants on-site, Tillie’s at the Clubhouse and the Frontier Tavern, and both were wonderful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and we really enjoyed every meal. Outside the hotel, we also found two local gems worth mentioning: UpTown Café & Bakery and Horn O Plenty. Both were amazing and definitely worth checking out if you have some extra time. Overall, we had such a great experience at the Omni. The combination of friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and rich history made our stay really special. We’ll definitely be coming back again, we had a blast! ? Big thanks to everyone at the Omni for making our weekend so memorable. ??
