I recently stayed at this property with my son ahead of his soccer game against a team from State College, and I’m so glad we chose this hotel. I rarely stay at Hampton Inns, but this one absolutely stands out. As a GM of a DoubleTree, I’ve become pretty particular over the years when it comes to hotels, especially post COVID—cleanliness and overall condition are incredibly important for me. This property exceeded every expectation. The hotel is exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained, both inside and out. Despite being close to the highway, it was remarkably quiet, which made for a great night’s rest before game day. If we find ourselves back in the area for any of my son’s sports, we’ll be staying here again without hesitation. Kudos to the entire team at this property—your hard work and dedication truly shine, and it shows in every detail.

No foam pillows, only shredded that won't hold shape. Only a flat sheet and a thick comforter. Have to turn thermostat up to 74 or more and just use the sheet.)

I have been traveling throughout the month of January and February for business to State College and have stayed consistently at this hotel and will continue to do so for the rest of my business up here. It is in a very convenient location, good parking, friendly service and clean/comfortable rooms. I would stay here even if just for leisure, so this hotel is recommended for any type of trip.

We had a great stay! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff was wonderful. The area is beautiful and very convenient to local attractions. Parking was also great. One concern we had was that the bathtub/shower was extremely slippery. I fell pretty hard the first night. Other Hampton Inn locations have a non-slip liner or textured surface in the shower, and adding something similar here would greatly improve safety.

Our room was very clean. I always stay at Hampton Inns for this reason. Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and of course PSU.

We had a very pleasant stay and the room was very quiet. Due to my food intolerances, the manager Adam M. Jackson took care of breakfast for me. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

I had to use this place for work but it was one of the nicer Hampton inns I've ever stayed at. Room was excellent. Temperature control. Hot water was good. It was all very nice

Location was ideal. So easy to get anywhere. Olive Garden in Same parking lot. Staff was lovely. Coffee and fruit out all day along with tea and water! Clean, well laid out room.

This is the second time I've stayed at this location and both times have been a positive experience! The room was neat and clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and I liked that the pool was outdoors. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room was very nice with lots of room. Couch and a usable desk with chair was a nice touch. Everything was up to date. My only complaint is my room smelled like a dog. (only reason for 3 starts and not 4)
